1 package brownie mix
eggs (according to package directions)
water
vegetable oil
20 Peppermint patties, unwrapped OR 1 – 12 oz. package Nestles’ butterscotch chips
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread in a 9 X 13” pan. Bake according to directions. Five minutes before baking time is complete, remove brownies from the oven and lay Peppermint Patties on tip. Return to oven and bake for last 5 minutes. Remove and spread melted patties with a spatula. Cool and cut.
OR, while mixing batter, stir in bag of butterscotch chips. Bake according to package directions. Cool and cut.
