½ cup softened butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup seedless raspberry jam/jelly
1 cup Nestles’ Chocolate Chunks
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large mixing bowl cream butter with sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Reduce speed and mix in flour and baking soda. Line an 8” square baking pan with heavy duty foil and spray with cooking spray. Pat in a little more than half the dough. Put the remainder in the freezer for 10 minutes. Spread jelly over dough. Sprinkle chocolate chunks over jelly. Crumble remaining dough over top and bake for 33-35 minutes. Cool. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
