1 cup softened butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. butter
Cream together the softened butter with graham cracker crumbs. Add in powdered sugar. Mix until blended and add peanut butter. Beat well. Pat into a 9 X 13 pan. Chill just until firm. In the microwave, melt chocolate chips with butter. Do it slowly—30 seconds at a time–stirring at the end of each time. Spread over top of peanut butter and chill again—just until firm. Cut into squares. They last in a cookie tin quite well—at least a week!
